Data pubblicazione: | 2015 | Titolo del volume in cui è pubblicato il poster: | European Planetary Science Congress 2015 (EPCS) | Da pagina:: | EPSC2015-57 | Abstract: | Asteroid polarimetry has experienced important advancements in recent years. This includes the discovery of new classes of objects, a new assessment of the relation between geometric albedo and a variety of different polarimetric parameters, the first attempt to use in situ analyses of asteroid (4) Vesta to better understand the relation between local surface properties and disk-integrated polarimetric measurements, and the first applications of spectro-polarimetry to the physical characterization of the asteroids. The most recent results in the above topics are briefly summarized. | Titolo del convegno: | European Planetary Science Congress 2015 (EPCS) | Luogo del convegno: | Nantes, France | Periodo del convegno: | 27 September-2 October 2015 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12386/23508 | Bibcode ADS: | 2015EPSC...10...57C | Fulltext: | open |
