Abstract
This is the Release Note for the delivery of the first eight (8) fields of the RSC.2, as defined in the DDVP and described in the SoW as “Reference Star Catalogue regions” in the Deliverables Items List. These eight fields correspond to the same fields that were part of RSC.1 delivered in phase B, effectively replacing and rendering RSC.1 obsolete.
