Title: | Euclid Near-Infrared Imaging Reduction Pipeline - Stacking | Authors: | OLIVEIRA DA SILVA, Ronaldo | Issue Date: | 2019 | Number: | SSDC-TSR-EUC-001-2019 | Abstract: | Description of the processing element, as part of the NIR imaging reduction pipeline, that will be used to combine the astrometrically and photometrically calibrated images collected by the Euclid space mission. Before being combined, the input images are realigned, rotated, and projected on a common grid by the resampling processing element. The stacking procedure will be normally applied to the resampled dither exposures of the same pointing and same filter but, in case of reprocessing, images from neighboring pointings can also be passed as input. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12386/33705 | Fulltext: | reserved |
