Abstract: This is the user requirement document of the night-sky brightness (NSB) determination at the Teide site. Its purpose is to describe the estimates of the NSB levels used in the MC simulations of shower detection, under different operating conditions (array pointing directions and ZAs, Moon phases and pointing distances). It is intended as an accompaniment to the ASTRI Mini-Array Simulation Plan, and should be read - possibly in conjunction with it - by people interested in: - observations with photon background conditions different from “dark”; - direct and indirect measurements of the NSB.
