Issue Date: | 2023 | Abstract: | The aim of this work is to verify the Geant4 simulation of optical photons, in particular their interaction with optical surfaces through comparison with analytical models. We built a schematic version of the COSI ACS, reproducing the same work of Alvarez Franco’s master thesis and studied the transmission, reflection and absorption probabilities as functions of the angle of incidence.
