It provides the information about the project organisation and schedule with the aim of demonstrating that the ICU subsystem tasks assigned to the PI are accomplished within the prescribed time schedule. The Instrument Project Management Plan responds to the PLATO Payload Programmatic and Management Requirements Document. This document does not contain the ICU functional and Scientific Requirements; for those we refer to the ESA and PLATO Consortium documentation. | Acknowledgments: | This work presents results from the European Space Agency (ESA) space mission PLATO. The PLATO payload, the PLATO Ground Segment and PLATO data processing are joint developments of ESA and the PLATO Mission Consortium (PMC).
