Abstract
The ASTRI Mini-Array (MA) is an INAF project aimed to observe astronomical sources emitting at very high-energy in the TeV spectral band. The SEB is a software system that provides offline identification of the stereoscopic Cherenkov events detected by the ASTRI Mini-Array. This document aims to define in detail the testing procedures that are implemented for the Stereo Event Builder (SEB) System.
