Hα images of NGC 4945 have been acquired in 2013 March, while spectroscopy was obtained in June and July of the same year. We have also acquired [OIII]5007Å continuum-subtracted images of both galaxies as part of the original program, aimed at both planetary nebula (PN) and HII region spectroscopy.
