The coma washed over Mars and the planet passed directly through the cometary debris stream, producing significant effects in Mars' upper atmosphere. We present here an overview of ionospheric measurements performed during the comet encounter with Mars Express, MAVEN, and Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter.
