Most of our knowledge on the physical and chemical properties of ices in star forming regions is based on the comparison between observations and laboratory experiments performed at low temperature (10-100 K). Here we present some recent laboratory experiments which show the formation of (complex) molecular species after ion bombardment of simple ices.STAMPAenThe role of energetic processing on solid-phase chemistry in star forming regionsConference paper10.1051/eas/15750622-s2.0-84973868072000377836300061https://www.eas-journal.org/articles/eas/abs/2015/03/eas1575062/eas1575062.html2015EAS....75..309PFIS/05 - ASTRONOMIA E ASTROFISICAScienze Fisiche Settori ERC (ERC) di riferimento::PE9 Universe sciences: astro-physics/chemistry/biology; solar systems; stellar, galactic and extragalactic astronomy, planetary systems, cosmology, space science, instrumentation
