This contribution shows an analysis of the antenna phase centers for a station of the Low Frequency Array (LOFAR) radio telescope. Based on simulated patterns, the positions of the phase centers for 46 antennas have been computed at 32 MHz showing considerable deviations from their physical positions due to mutual coupling. The flatness of the phase patterns significantly improves when the phase center is considered.STAMPAenAntenna Phase Center Analysis for the LOFAR Radio TelescopeConference paper10.1109/APUSNCURSINRSM.2019.88887452-s2.0-85075245725https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8888745FIS/05 - ASTRONOMIA E ASTROFISICAERC sectors::Physical Sciences and Engineering::PE9 Universe sciences: astro-physics/chemistry/biology; solar systems; stellar, galactic and extragalactic astronomy, planetary systems, cosmology, space science, instrumentation::PE9_17 Instrumentation – telescopes, detectors and techniques
