XMM-Newton and Chandra X-ray sources matched to the SDSS, WISE, UKIDSS, VHS, and GALEX catalogs using the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE). X-ray sources are matched to FIRST and Herschel sources using a nearest neighbor matching. Spectroscopic redshifts obtained from dedicated ground-based follow-up are also published in this catalog. The archival Chandra and archival and AO10 XMM-Newton catalogs supersede those from the previous catalog release in 2013. <P />(3 data files). <P />
