Abstract
This is the Release Note for the delivery of the second version of the second release of the RSC, RSC.R2.2, as defined in the DDVP and described in the SoW as “Reference Star Catalogue regions” in the Deliverables Items List. Eight of the fields correspond to the same fields that were part of RSC.R1 delivered in phase B, effectively replacing and rendering RSC.R1 obsolete. An additional field at low galactic latitudes is also supplied.
