Abstract
The purpose of this document is to define the management approach to deliver MAVIS Phase B through to E. This Project Management Plan (PMP) describes the methods, processes, activities and tools used by the MAVIS Consortium to deliver each phase for the MCAO-Assisted Visible Imager-Spectrograph (MAVIS) from the conceptual design accepted by European Southern Observatory through to commissioning on the Very Large Telescope (VLT) in Paranal, Chile.
