Abstract
This is the Release Note for the delivery of the second version of the third release of the RSC (RSC.R2.3), as defined in the DDVP and described in the SoW as “Reference Star Catalogue regions” in the Deliverables Items List. Nine of the fields correspond to the same fields that were part of RSC.R2.2, effectively replacing and rendering RSC.R2.2 obsolete, though the only difference with the previous version is in the Source ID field. An additional field corresponding to the Euclid Deep Field South is also supplied, as requested.
