Abstract
The present document contains the list, together with the description, of the work-packages for the SDC-IT of the Science Ground Segment of the Euclid Mission, a Medium Class mission of the ESA Cosmic Vision 2015-2025 programme, namely those Work Packages identified with numbers starting with WP-4-4-04. System-level WPs are instead described in the Euclid Consortium SGS Level Work Packages Description document. This document is considered to be an annex of the Euclid SGS Development Plan. The WP Description sheets are compliant with the ECSS standards.
