Abstract
This document presents a description of the OATo Star Catalog Database and the Reference Star Catalogs (RSCs) produced for the preliminary assessment of the number of stars available in the EUCLID FGS Field Of View (FOV) to support Absolute Tracking Mode (ATM) operations. We describe our astronomical dataset and the catalogs extracted for the object counts used in the preliminary assessment. In the final section we make a proposal for the content and format of the Input Star Catalog (ISC) to be provided for the EUCLID mission.
