We illustrate the campaigns conducted at the Noto 32m radio telescope and the Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT) observing sites to monitor the evolution of RFI at these locations in the frequency range 0.05-40 GHz. A new FPGA-based spectrometer and an offline software tool for RFI detection and excision are presented and their performances are summarized. | Conference Name: | 2017 XXXIInd General Assembly and Scientific Symposium of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI GASS) | Conference Place: | Montreal, Canada | Conference Date: | 19-26 August, 2017 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12386/28527 | URL: | https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8104499 | ISBN: | 978-90-825987-0-4 | DOI: | 10.23919/URSIGASS.2017.8104499 | Fulltext: | open |
