Assessing its performance and the sensitivity to parameter variations during the design phase is a fundamental step for the engineering of such a complex system. This step, centered on numerical simulations, is the connection between the performance requirements and the Adaptive Optics system configuration. In this work we present MAORY configuration and performance and we justify theAdaptive Optics system design choices. | Conference Name: | Adaptive Optics Systems VII | Conference Place: | California, United States | Conference Date: | 14-18 December, 2020 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12386/31085 | URL: | https://www.spiedigitallibrary.org/conference-proceedings-of-spie/11448/2561338/MAORY-AO-performances/10.1117/12.2561338.full http://arxiv.org/abs/2012.14484v1 |
