Abstract
The ASTRI Mini-Array (MA) is an INAF project aimed to observe astronomical sources emitting at very high-energy in the TeV spectral band. This document defines the software requirements specification of the Stereo Event Builder (SEB) subsystem. From this specification, the Stereo Event Builder software architecture will be established, which defines the boundaries of the interconnected components, and therefore their requirements and interfaces, as well as the requirements for the software infrastructure and the application frameworks.
